Precision SURE-LOCK® Wedges are produced by personnel with decades of experience. The components are produced from carefully selected raw materials in closely monitored processes in order to provide superior products to the industries we serve. Inspection and testing at many points in the process ensure the quality of the final product. PSL utilizes extensive inhouse testing several times daily as well as repetitive lot testing at heat treatment and yearly testing at prestigious university civil engineering laboratories. Each lot is tested again prior to shipment. In addition to these frequent inspections and tests, PSL performs extensive system qualifications at one of the most prominent construction testing firms in the country.

SURE-LOCK® Anchors are manufactured only by licensed, authorized foundries to exacting specifications. PSL monitors the performance of its licensed foundries to ensure that superior products reach the project. Precision insists on strict adherence to dimensions and specifications. These requirements often eliminate foundries others would accept.

The Original SURE-LOCK® Single Strand Anchor is the most widely used and trusted casting in the post-tensioning industry. With hundreds of millions of castings in place over decades, SURE-LOCK® has the most successful and extensive track record.

The SURE-LOCK® II Anchor Casting is the most innovative single strand anchorage to reach the market. Designed in concert with a major foundry, the SURE-LOCK® II design utilizes efficient material distribution to deliver both superior performance and cost benefit.

The SURE-LOCK® II also incorporates a larger minor diameter making it easy to use for intermediate anchorages. These benefits have prompted wide market acceptance giving SURE-LOCK® II a significant market share.

When properly installed with Precision SURE-LOCK® Wedges, The Original SURE-LOCK® and SURE-LOCK® II Anchorage Systems meet or exceed all testing and performance requirements of the Post-Tensioning Institute and the International Building Code. Specifically, these systems meet the ICC-ES Acceptance Criteria AC-303 requirements.

The Precision SURE-LOCK® Post-Tension Anchorage System components must be installed according to the Post-Tensioning Institute's Field Procedures Manual for Unbonded Tendons and the applicable code. The Precision SURE-LOCK® Post-Tension Anchorage System components must only be used in combination with other Precision SURE-LOCK® Post-Tension Anchorage System components described in this report. The Precision SURE-LOCK® Post-Tension Anchorage System components must be installed in accordance with Chapter 18 of ACI 318 under the provisions of IBC Section 1901.2. The resulting prestressed concrete must be designed in accordance with Chapter 18 of ACI 318, with the anchorage zones designed in accordance with Section 18.14 of ACI 318.
